Terms of Service
Last updated: October 11, 2026
Welcome to DreamCavy, a pixel blind-box game operated by Wuhan Dreamcavy Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (武汉梦境星河智能科技有限公司, “we”). By using the service you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
You can sign in with a nickname and password, an email code, or Google. Keep your account safe; don’t lend, sell or impersonate. Nicknames must not be illegal, abusive or infringing.
2. Virtual items & beans
Cards and “beans” are in-game virtual items/points usable only inside the game. They have no cash value — they can’t be bought, cashed out or exchanged for money, and must not be sold for value outside the game. Box, fusion and duel outcomes are randomly generated on our servers with odds disclosed in-game; no real-money wagering is involved.
3. Fair play
No cheats, bots, exploits or mass account creation, and no harassment of other players. We may remove ill-gotten items, restrict features or ban accounts that break these rules.
4. Changes
We may change gameplay, balance, card pools or pause features, and will try to announce changes in advance. We’ll restore service as soon as possible after outages or maintenance.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
